It was a time of cohesion, in suffering. The world's leaders coming together after all their indifferences, putting separations aside in the fight for final survival.

 

They entrusted the world's great minds to the solutions and watched as privatized interest took to the stage, making entertainment out of man’s last hope to repair the earth.

Over a series of months as the world began to burn, many civilisations crumbled, poverty clawed at the worlds developed nations, only to be met with neglect, and so the habit of neglect continued. 

 

As the worlds powers began to loose grip of its short lived unity, bureaucracy plagued private efforts and technology failed to progress as man was forced to utilise hazardous nuclear alternatives.
